About Me
My Art and Graphic Design Career
My name is Betty Treschitta and I am an artist and graphic designer who lives in Atlanta, Georgia. I work full time as a graphic designer for ICF International and I also sell original art. I work on a variety of graphic design, eLearning, and Web design projects for my company as a contractor for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In my spare time I enjoy designing logos, painting pet portraits, children’s portraits, landscapes from the places where I have traveled, and UGA game day artwork from downtown Athens, Georgia. I am a UGA alumni artist. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in fine art with a concentration in painting. I am currently in the process of obtaining a Webmaster certificate from Emory University.
My Family’s Love of Art
In addition to my graphic design career and love of fine art, I am raising a pair of boy and girl twins who will be two years old in April. My husband is an architect and he works for Historical Concepts and they just won a Schutze award for one of his beautiful house designs. We are an artistic family. My husband and I bring out sketchbooks when we travel and my children’s favorite toys are sidewalk chalk and crayons. My mother, Candon Walker, is also an artist. She enjoys painting whimsical paintings of dogs dressed up in tuxedos and she is currently illustrating a children’s book written by my sister, Jennifer Rotunda, about self esteem in young girls. My mom’s two sisters, Jo Dufo and Carson Nahitchevansky, are also both artists.

Some of my oil and acrylic paintings are available for you to buy online. Some of my paintings for sale are classics from my days in school at the University of Georgia and some are newer works of art.
Note Cards and Posters
I also sell blank note cards of UGA game day landscapes of downtown Athens, Georgia online. These make great gifts for UGA alumni, students, and fans. Posters can be printed from just about any painting.
